Service provision is made for adults who:
- Are male or female and aged between 17 - 65
- Have a primary diagnosis of learning disability
- May have enduring mental health issues
- Have Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Epilepsy, Personality Disorders, Dementia
- Display a significant risk of aggression or threaten the safety of others
- May be informal or sectioned under the Mental Health Act
- Have continually changing risks and needs
- Require specialised forensic treatment programmes or relapse prevention work
