The development of new and improved services is a constant feature of our organisation.
New services are designed to be 'customer needs' driven. We work closely with purchasers
in ensuring that new services meet local needs and complement existing provision.
Collaboration is promoted in areas such as training and the sharing of resources
with our purchasing partners.
